Affidavit from residents of the villages of ʻAjabshir and Shishavan regarding Malik Qasim Mirza's sale of a sixth of Shishavan village to Zaynab Khanum. The document reads, in part, "Due to the call of Zaynab Khanum, the mentioned people from villages ʻAjabshir and Shishavan have all confirmed her claim that when Malik Qasim Mirza was still alive, he acknowledged to them that he had contendedly sold a sixth of Shishavan village to Zaynab Khanum, and that this property belongs to her [...]. Dividing the properties in Mirhamam of Kurk, between Sulayman Khan Sarhang [the colonel] and Bibi Hayat, daughter of Mirza ‘Abd al-Latif Shaykh al-Islam. Part of these property had been sold to Sulayman Khan by Haj Mirza Ibrahim, Haj Sayyid Yusuf, and Aqa Sayyid Ja‘far, and parts of it was transferred from Sulayman Khan to Bibi Hayat as her mahr.

Land settlements, 1846 to 1858
Haji Badi‘, son of ‘Ali Muhammad, had assigned Aqa Hasan as the executor of his will. He asked Aqa Hasan to sell a piece of property that he had purchased to pay back his debts and to use the rest for other expenses, such as hiring people to pray and fast on his behalf. On March 20, 1846, after Haji Badi‘'s death, Aqa Hasan sold this property to Haji Mirza Muhammad Husayn, the guardian of the deceased's underage children, for forty tumans and five thousand dinars. Lease, 1881
On November 25, 1880, Muhammad Riza Khan, son of Aqa Muhammad Rahim, leased some properties to Aqa Sayyid Abu Ja‘far and Haji Mirza ‘Abd al-Samad, the merchant and son of Aqa Mirza Muhammad Kazim. Following a claim by Khavar Sultan, wife of the late Brigadier Muhammad Karim Khan, part of the property belongs to her. Thus, an adjustment was made to the amount of the lease. On November 23, 1881, Haji Mirza ‘Abd al-Samad became the sole tenant of the property by paying Aqa Sayyid Abu Ja‘far.

Letter from Mahd-i ‘Ulya to Nasir al-Din Shah, 1863 or 1864
When the late Muhammad Shah's sisters visited Nasir al-Din Shah, Sahib Khanum asked Mahd-i ‘Ulya, in the presence of Anis al-Dawlah, to convey her plea to Nasir al-Din Shah. She claimed that her share of Punak property, now seized by Asif al-Dawlah and his sons, was her wedding gift from Zill al-Sultan. She was deprived of the property interest that she relied on for her family expenses. The houses in the property were destroyed and she was not given any compensation, which even Mirza Taqi Khan had stated was her right.
